First Time Customers

If you are trying our service for the first time, we encourage you to purchase only one or two shirts to start with in order make sure your are happy with the sizing. Once your size pattern is saved and you can order until your heart’s content.
For first time customers who place a large order up front, we will send one shirt first to ensure you are happy, and then proceed with the remainder.

Customer Service

As we are a factory direct service, our margins are lower, hence we do not offer telephone support at this time. Instead we pass the saving onto you. We do however have staff waiting on live chat during business hows and on email to respond to your emails. We endeavor to respond to emails within 24-hours but are usually much faster.
