With the right measurements, your shirt should fit perfectly first time, however if some tweaking is required, we will reimburse you up to $15 to go to your local tailor.

Free Remake

Things didn’t quite go to plan and it looks like it can’t be altered? No problem, send the garment back and we’ll remake it free of charge. For first time shirt customers, we offer a free remake without returning the shirt so that you can get your measurements right.

Money Back

Your purchases with TailorFactory are risk free. If for whatever reason we didn’t meet your needs, can simply return your garment to us for a refund.
